The Lord my God rules over all.
He is the One true King.
No one else, is over Him,
They are kept under His wing.
There may have been some earthly Kings.
They may have been some queens,
But no matter what anyone says
He is the One true King.
They can pour the oil.
They can place the crown.
They can give him power,
But that doesn’t make him king.
They can spew out Latin.
They can call him king.
He can rule the earth,
But that doesn’t make him king.
The Lord is the only King.
He is the one who rules.
He is the one with power,
But that does not make Him King.
He made all of the earth.
He gave us rules to follow.
We’ve great reason to worship Him,
Because He is King.
The Lord my God is the King,
And no one can stop that.
He loves the earth, and He loves me,
And I’ll worship Him as King.
